    This blog post was written after my last trip to Disneyland Paris back in December 2013 and I have not been back to Paris since so I am aware that things will have changed by now.     Most people when travelling from London to Disneyland Paris tend to use the direct Eurostar service to Marne-la-Vallée station which is situated next to the park. However this train does not run everyday during off-peak times and it does sell out leaving you to find an alternative route to get there. (more…)

  3. How to Get to the Great Wall of China at Badaling by Train

    Before I travelled to Beijing recently, I spent a lot of time on the internet searching for information about catching the train from Beijing North station to the Great Wall of China at Badaling. Unfortunately I found a lot of confusing and conflicting information including many people saying to catch a train that does not even exist anymore!
